Build the authority to direct your life, work, and future.
More freedom in how you work. More choice in how you live. More energy for what matters. More options for what comes next.
This course is truly transformative. The insights and tools Val provides, combined with actually doing the work, gave me multiple ‘aha’ moments that were empowering, freeing, and crystal clear in affirming my vision of continuous growth and transformation.

The Empowerment Code felt like a complete reset - almost like rebooting my mind. It helped me finally see the spectrum of limiting beliefs I’d carried for years, and showed me how reframing them creates power, freedom, self-acceptance, momentum, and joy.

About
Dr. Val Margarit knows what it means to build a life beyond what you were taught was possible.
She left home at sixteen, worked on a factory floor, immigrated alone, and built a life through education that eventually took her into university classrooms, academic leadership, authorship, and work across cultures.
For more than 25 years, she has devoted her work to education, human capability, and women’s leadership.
Val Margarit Academy grew from that journey and from one enduring belief: when women recognize their own power, develop their capabilities, and trust their voice, they can change the direction of their lives.
Her work invites women to meet life with courage, resilience, curiosity, and the personal authority to create more of what is possible.
Ideas, research, and practical tools for women who want more freedom, more choices, and greater authority over their lives.
