Hi, I’m Val - educator, author, systems thinker, and a woman who rebuilt her life from the inside out many times over.
My journey started at sixteen, working a 5 AM factory shift so I could finish school at night. I grew up inside systems that told women to stay small and I’ve spent my entire life breaking them.
For 20+ years I’ve studied and taught identity, leadership, and human potential, written two books, led inside universities, and coached women worldwide. My work is not theory - it’s lived experience, deep research, and truth.
