Before diving into the specifics of the course, it's essential to understand where you are in your journey and how you learn best. Each of us has unique strengths, weaknesses, and learning preferences. By acknowledging and embracing these differences, you can tailor your approach to goal setting to suit your individual needs and maximize your chances of success.

While these external markers of success are importnat and hold some value, true greatness lies in living a life aligned with your values, beliefs, and purpose. It's about experiencing fulfillment in all areas of your life—your health, relationships, career, personal growth, and more.
This course is not just about setting arbitrary goals; it's about embarking on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. It's about gaining clarity on who you are, what you stand for, and what you want to achieve. A word about how we learn:
Many people get excited to embark on a new course, filled with enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. However, all too often, they find themselves giving up when faced with challenges or setbacks along the way.
It's essential to recognize that the journey of learning is not always smooth sailing; it requires patience, perseverance, and a willingness to overcome obstacles. By understanding this reality and adopting a resilient mindset, you can navigate the inevitable ups and downs of the learning process and emerge stronger, wiser, and more accomplished.
As lifelong learners we are going through these four stages of learning:
Stage 1: Unconscious Incompetence (Ignorance)
Stage 2: Conscious Incompetence (Awareness)
Stage 3: Conscious Competence (Learning)
Stage 4: Unconscious Competence (Mastery)
Stage 1 - is often the most uncomfortable but also rewarding.
Many people, new students, new leaders, for example, may experience feelings of incompetence as they navigate unfamiliar territory. However, if they remain committed to their goals, they can push through this initial discomfort and progress to Stage 2: Conscious Incompetence (Awareness).
Stage 2 - Here, people become aware of what they don't know and begin to seek knowledge and skills. As they continue learning and applying what they've learned, they reach Stage 3: Conscious Competence (Learning).
Stage 3- In this stage, they actively work on developing key areas of the self, life, business, gaining proficiency and confidence along the way.
Finally, with consistent practice and experience, they achieve Stage 4: Unconscious Competence (Mastery), where their skills become second nature, and they operate with ease and efficiency.
Progressing from awareness to learning and ultimately mastery is an empowering state of mind—one that equips you with the tools and resilience needed to achieve any goal, which will unlock your full potential and pave the way for success in all areas of life
So, this isn't just a course; it's a narrative-shifting experience, allowing you to become the author of your own success story.
How to Use This Course
The Course contains 9 powerful coaching modules.
Each module has a series of lessons and exercises and an Action Steps final lesson (all available in your Workbook/Action Steps lesson).
As you progress through this course, click “Mark Complete” at the end of each page to be taken to the next topic or lesson.
The final lesson in each coaching module provides action steps necessary to complete that session, which will take you to the Workbook
If it helps, imagine that you and I are having a dialogue together. And through this dialogue, I’m asking you specific questions and you’re answering them to clarify that aspect of your journey. To do that you'll access your Workbook.
Each module will take anywhere from one to three hours to complete, so be sure to schedule time on your calendar for our Coaching Sessions. Block off sufficient time to follow through on the assignments for each session. Doing so will provide the optimal benefits of this course.
